He brings a calm and welcoming presence to the team, offering steady care and support as clients navigate their recovery journey. With more than fifteen years of experience in higher education, advising, and teaching, Deazell facilitates therapeutic groups that help clients build insight, practice new skills, and engage more deeply in their treatment.
As a servant leader, Deazell centers the needs of clients by listening first, supporting their self-determination, and meeting them where they are. He draws on his doctorate in Educational Leadership to offer structured care, compassionate guidance, and a steady belief in each client’s capacity for change. He is also earning hours toward certification as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor and remains committed to creating a safe, respectful, and empowering space for every individual in treatment.
