What can you expect with our approach?
Drug and alcohol addiction can affect nearly every part of life, and it is normal to have questions before starting treatment. Understanding what to expect can make the process feel more manageable and help you and your family prepare for the next step.
At Reviving You Recovery, we want clients to feel informed from the beginning. The answers below cover common questions about our treatment approach, what to bring, family involvement, visitation, daily life in treatment, and what happens as you move through the recovery process.
What do I pack for treatment?
- Enough clothes for one week (we have washing machines)
- Shower essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash)
- Toothbrush and toothpaste
- Pair of shoes and sandals
- Jacket and a sweater
- Pajamas
- Swimsuit items for pool and jacuzzi
Am I allowed visitors?
Yes. Family involvement is an important part of treatment at Reviving You Recovery. We offer a weekly family program every Sunday, which may include group and individual sessions designed to improve communication, rebuild trust, and help families better understand the recovery process.
Weekly family visitation is also encouraged when appropriate for the client’s treatment. These visits give clients and loved ones time to reconnect while practicing healthier communication and relationship skills in a supportive setting.
What are the diet accommodations?
Diet is your personal preference. We do have staff prepare menus with residents requests. Some nights of the week, we have staff prepare meals, but we encourage individuals to cook for themselves and the community of the house.
What does a day in treatment look like?
You can expect to program a minimum of 6 hours a day doing various groups and/or individual sessions utilizing different therapy modalities. Meeting with your therapist and case manager. We go to weekly community support meetings in the evening and plan an outing on Saturdays. Breaks are taken for meals, self care and medication during the day.
What insurances are accepted?
We accept most insurances. We are in network with Magellan, Multiplan, Aetna, TriWest Alliance, Halcyon, Anthem and Blue Shield of California. Our list is currently growing and will be expanding to more providers. Health insurance usually covers the total treatment costs. Even if you don’t have insurance, we offer low cash payment options for our treatment programs. Our dedicated team will work on your behalf to coordinate insurance and billing so you and or your family member can focus on getting better.
