Shann’a Flood is the Operations Manager at Reviving You Recovery. Since beginning her work in 2024, she has brought a unique blend of professional training and personal insight to her role, supporting clients with empathy, structure, and purpose.
A graduate of a certified Drug and Alcohol Counseling program and currently pursuing her Associate’s degree in Sociology, Shann’a is dedicated to client-centered care, the use of people-first language, and strong advocacy for those in recovery. Her passion lies in helping individuals reconnect with joy, rediscover purpose, and tap into their inner strength.
Through compassionate engagement and a belief in the possibility of change, Shann’a creates an environment where healing feels both real and achievable.
